This Privacy Policy (together with our Terms & Conditions and any other documents referred to in it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us in connection with our website www.moremins.com ("Website”), MoreMins mobile application (“App”) and any other MoreMins software, products, or services (all of the foregoing, collectively, the “Services”). Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

For the purpose of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU and UK), the data controller and processor is MoreMins Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ ("MoreMins", "us", "our", "we" or “Services”, “Service”).

By accessing and/or using our Services you consent to us collecting, processing, storing and sharing information about you in the manners set out in this Policy. By downloading the App and/or using the Services you acknowledge you are of legal age and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.


1. DOWNLOADING AND REGISTERING IN MOREMINS WEBSITE AND APP OR STARTING USING THE SERVICES

By joining MoreMins you acknowledge that you understand and agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, provide true and accurate information and are fully authorized to sign an agreement for the Services. If you join or register to MoreMins, it means that you sign an agreement for the Services.

By registering in App you give your consent for us to collect, use and store the following information:

   1. Phone number with a country code;

   2. Email;

   3. Your device information, OS, app version.

How we use your personal information

   1. Using your phone number:

  • To send SMS with an access code for a phone number verification.
  • To identify you as the user of our Services.
  • To contact you regarding your account.
  • In some rare cases to contact you about our special offers.
  • To provide country-specific information regarding Services updates or peculiarities.
  • To prevent, detect, mitigate, and investigate fraud, security breaches or other potentially prohibited or illegal activities.
   2. Using your email:
  • To send your account login details.
  • To send your account balance information.
  • To send general information on how to use Services.
  • To inform you about Service updates.
  • For marketing and advertising of our Service or our Service partners.
  • To measure the performance of our email marketing campaigns (e.g. by analyzing open and click rates).

   3. Using your device information, OS, app version:

  • This information is used to troubleshoot problems in the event of a fault and to optimize the performance of the App on different devices.


2. ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL INFORMATION

After installing MoreMins App you will be allowed to import your contact book into MoreMins App. We do not collect, store, or transfer your contact book details. You will be able to use your imported contact book for calling via MoreMins App in the most convenient way.

You have an option to share some additional personal details with us when you log into the self-service system of the Website.

Additional Personal Details:

   1. Name, Surname;

   2. Your address;

   3. Copy of your Personal ID document.

How we use your additional personal information

   1. Using your name, surname:

  • To address you by the name when needed.

   2. Using your address:

  • To provide you with location-based information regarding Services or our Services partners (where applicable and with your consent, if required by law).

   3. Using copy of your Personal ID document:

  • To provide you with Services that are required by law to identify customers through a "Know Your Customer" (KYC) procedure. 


3. PAYMENTS FOR SERVICES VIA WEBSITE OR APP

Payments for the Service are processed by secured and licensed payment processors (third-parties).

By making any card payment within the App or on our Website you will be asked to provide your credit/debit card information or PayPal account details for the payment provider to process the transaction.

MoreMins does not store your credit/debit card information, PayPal account details or bank account passwords.

MoreMins Website communicates with payment processor websites over Secure Socket Layer protocol (SSL) to ensure protection of your personal data.

Please note that payment processors are not under the control of MoreMins and their privacy policies will govern the processing of your payment information. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of our payment processors to understand their data handling practices.


4. MAKING A CALL

MoreMins does not record your conversations.

MoreMins system automatically documents time and duration of a call, completion status, source number and destination number, billing information (price of a call) in Call Detail Record (CDR).

CDR data is needed for billing purposes, for improving the Service, for fulfilling our obligations under applicable laws, and for providing support and troubleshooting issues related to the virtual number service.


5. YOUR CHOICES ABOUT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Marketing and Newsletters via email:

If you do not wish to receive emails from us, you can unsubscribe via the link in an email you received.

Keep in mind, we do not sell or disclose your personal information to third-parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Your name, surname, address and email:

Login to your account on our website www.moremins.com to change or delete your name, surname, address and email.

Your account status:

If you do not wish to get emails with your balance notifications or expiration dates of bundles, send us an email to [email protected].

Your phone number:

If you wish to change your phone number, send us an email to [email protected].

Promotional SMS:

You can unsubscribe to promotional SMS by sending us an email to [email protected].

Deleting your account:

Send us an email with your phone number to [email protected] if you want to permanently delete your MoreMins account.

A copy of your personal information:

You have the right to know what personal information we maintain about you.

Processing your request:

Please include your full name, phone number and email address associated with your account, and a detailed description of your data request. Such requests will be processed in line with local laws. We will respond to any requests for access to personal information within 30 days.


6. SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH THIRD-PARTIES

Provision of Services:

We will not disclose your personal information to third-parties, except when it is necessary for us to provide the Services for you.

We may hire other companies to provide the Services on our behalf, such as: providing customer support; hosting Website; hosting App; providing technical support; advertising; providing call transit; providing Virtual Numbers; providing eSIMs; processing payments, etc.

Those companies would be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the Services, not more. They would be prohibited from using this information for any other purpose and are contractually obligated to protect your data.

Use of Third Party Services:

We utilize the following third-party services, and your data will be shared with them, subject to their respective privacy policies. The third-party services include:

Google Analytics: Used for website and app analytics.

Google Ads Services: Used for advertising and remarketing.

User Testimonials:

We display personal testimonials of satisfied customers on our site in addition to other endorsements. With your consent we may post your testimonial along with your name. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can contact us at [email protected].

Social Media Widgets:

Our Website includes social media features, such as the Facebook Like button and widgets, such as the ‘Share This' button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third-party or hosted directly on our web site. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

Data analysis services

We use Google Analytics or equivalent service in both the Website and the App to improve the Service and to analyze statistics.

Disclosures to Protect Us or Others (e.g., as Required by Law and Similar Disclosures):

We may access, preserve, and disclose your Personal Information, other Account information, and content if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to: (i) comply with law enforcement or national security requests and legal process, such as a court order or subpoena; (ii) respond to your requests; (iii) protect yours', ours' or others' rights, property, or safety; (iv) to enforce our policies or contracts; (v) to collect amounts owed to MoreMins; (vi) when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss or in connection with an investigation or prosecution of suspected or actual illegal activity; or (vii) if we, in good faith, believe that disclosure is otherwise necessary or advisable.

We do not sell or disclose your personal information to third-parties for their marketing and advertising purposes without your consent.


7. PERSONAL INFORMATION STORAGE AND PROTECTION

By using MoreMins Services you consent to storage of such information within the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom (UK).

Cross-Border Data Transfers:

To facilitate the provision of our Services, we may transfer, store, and process your information in locations outside of the EEA and the UK. When we transfer your personal data outside of the EEA and the UK, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data, such as:

Standard Contractual Clauses: We use Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission for data transfers to countries that have not been deemed to provide an adequate level of data protection.

Adequacy Decisions: We transfer personal data to countries that the European Commission has recognized as providing an adequate level of data protection.

Children's Personal Information

The Service and Website are not intended for, nor does MoreMins knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 16.

Protection of Information

The security of your personal information is very important to us. MoreMins maintains reasonable security measures to protect your information from loss, destruction, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure. When you enter sensitive information, such as a credit card details, on our order forms and login credentials on our website login page, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). These technologies help ensure that your data is safe, secure, and only available to you and to those you provided authorized access.

However, no data transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure due to the nature of the distributed network that is the Internet. Therefore, while we strive to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our administrative security measures include physical, electronic and procedural safeguards.

Our legal obligations

Under legal obligations we store a summary copy of your bills for six years from the date of the bill.

We store your contact details on file while you're one of our customers, and for six years after; and details relating to any dispute for six years after it was closed.

In other cases we'll store personal information for the periods needed for the purposes for which the information was collected or for which it is to be further processed. And sometimes we'll keep it for longer if we need to by law. Otherwise we delete it.


8. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information for only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Some of more specific data retention terms are provided below:

Personal data related to the provision of the Services is kept for 3 years from the last usage of the data plan.

Personal data related to usage is kept for 30 days or as long as required by legislation. 

Customer billing information and payment details are kept for 10 years from the last payment transaction.

Customer support records are kept for 3 years.

We will use the user’s email for marketing communication for 1 year after the end of the user’s last usage of Services or until the user exercises their right to opt-out, whichever comes first.

To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of the information, the purposes for which we obtained the information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, as well as applicable legal requirements.

If you are a California resident, you have certain rights regarding your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). These rights include:

If we make any material changes we will notify you by email sent to the e-mail address on your account or by means of a notice on the Website prior to the change becoming effective.


12. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We, as well as third parties that provide content, analytics, advertising, or other functionality on our Services, may use cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and other technologies (“Technologies”) to automatically collect information through the Services. Specifically, we utilize Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads Services for tracking and analytics purposes.

You may stop or restrict the placement of cookies on your computer or smartphone or remove them from your browser by adjusting your web browser preferences. Please note that cookie-based opt-outs are not effective on mobile applications.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed in visitors' computer or smartphone browsers. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the Website, tracking users' movements around the Website and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis. Users can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level. If you reject cookies, you may still use our Website, but your ability to use some features or areas of our site may be limited.

Pixel Tags/Web Beacons

A pixel tag (also known as a web beacon) is a piece of code embedded on the Website that collects information about users' engagement on that web page. Pixel tags allow us to record, for example, that a user has visited a particular web page or clicked on a particular advertisement.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE OR APP.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MoreMins website (www.moremins.com), the MoreMins mobile application ("App"), and the services provided by MoreMins ("Services"). These Services include Virtual Number Services, International Calling Services, and eSIM Services, as further defined below.

By accessing or using the Website, App, or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.

MoreMins is a trading name of MoreMins Ltd, a private limited company incorporated and registered in the United Kingdom with company registration number 09717627 and having its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ ("MoreMins", "we", "us", or "our").


1. DEFINITIONS

"Account" means the account you create with MoreMins to access and use the Services.

"App" means the MoreMins mobile application available for Android and iOS devices.

"Business User" means a user who registers for and uses the Services for business purposes, including but not limited to purchasing eSIMs for employees.

"Consumer User" means a user who registers for and uses the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

"Device" means a compatible smartphone, tablet, or other device that you use to access the Services.

"eSIM" means an embedded SIM, a digital SIM card that allows you to activate a cellular plan from a carrier without having to use a physical SIM card.

"eSIM Services" means the provision of eSIMs and associated data, call, and SMS plans by MoreMins.

"International Calling Services" means the service provided by MoreMins that allows users to make international calls via local access numbers, using the MoreMins App.

"Services" means, collectively, the Virtual Number Services and eSIM Services provided by MoreMins.

"Technology Partner" means a third-party technology provider that assists MoreMins in providing the Services.

"Virtual Number" means a telephone number that is not directly associated with a physical telephone line.

"Virtual Number Services" means the provision of virtual numbers and associated calling and messaging services by MoreMins.

"Website" means the MoreMins website located at www.moremins.com.


2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms & Conditions comprise the terms and conditions set forth below and any additional terms on the Website (together “Terms of Service”) and govern your use of the Services provided by MoreMins.

By accessing or otherwise using the website www.moremins.com (“Website”); downloading and using a MoreMins application to your Android or iOS operating system supported smartphone ("App"); using MoreMins services, as further described below (“Services”, "Service") you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service that follow.

From time to time, MoreMins may modify these Terms of Service or the information in the Website or App. Accordingly, please continue to review these Terms of Service whenever accessing or using this Website, App or Services. Your use of the Website, App or any Services, after the posting of modifications to these Terms of Service will constitute your acceptance of the Terms of Service, as modified. If, at any time, you do not wish to accept the Terms of Service, you may not use the Website, App or Services.


3. MOREMINS SERVICES

MoreMins offers three main types of Services:

3.1. Virtual Number Services

MoreMins provides virtual numbers for making and receiving calls and, where applicable, sending and receiving messages. Calls using a Virtual Number are initiated and received via the MoreMins App.

Limitations: Virtual Number Services do not support emergency calls, premium-rate numbers, or short codes.

3.2. International Calling Services

MoreMins allows users to make international calls at lower rates via local access numbers or via the internet. Calls must be initiated through the MoreMins App. Calls are routed through a local access number or internet and may utilize your mobile network operator's local minutes or mobile data. Charges include:

The price paid to the mobile network operator for the local call or use of mobile data.

The per-minute rate charged by MoreMins for the international portion of the call (as displayed in the App or on the Website).

Limitations: International Calling Services do not support emergency calls, premium-rate numbers, or short codes.

3.3. eSIM Services

MoreMins provides you with the possibility to purchase and use eSIMs, which are digital SIM cards that allow you to activate a cellular data plan without a physical SIM card. eSIM Services are provided in conjunction with Technology Partners who assist in the provisioning and management of eSIMs and data plans.


4. REGISTRATION

To use the Services, you must register for an Account through the App or Website. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your Account information updated. The key information required for registration is your mobile phone number and email address.


5. USE OF SERVICES

5.1. Virtual Number Services

Virtual Number Service replaces your mobile number provided by your mobile network operator for calls and SMS when calling and sending SMS through the MoreMins App. You may make or receive calls or send and receive SMS to the virtual number. Calls and SMS sent to your Virtual Number will be routed to the App and require your Device to have an internet connection. A monthly subscription fee will be charged automatically for using the virtual number.

5.2. International Calling Services

5.2.1. Service:

When you make an international call using the App, it will automatically connect your call through the internet, or, if you are in a supported country, the App may offer you to make an internet-free call via a local access number. This may incur charges from your mobile network operator for a local call, even if the call is not connected to the recipient. The person you are calling with MoreMins sees your usual mobile phone number, unless you call while using a Virtual Number

5.2.2. Cost: 

The cost of using International Calling Services includes:

Price you pay your mobile network operator per local call: This will vary depending on your mobile plan. In many cases, local calls are included in your plan's free minutes. If you do not have any inclusive minutes left or your plan does not include local calls, in case of routing through a local access number you will be charged by your mobile operator. It is your responsibility to confirm with your mobile operator whether calls to MoreMins Local access numbers are included in your plan.

Price you pay your mobile network operator per data usage: This will vary depending on your mobile plan. Calls and SMS are sent and received via internet connection, unless a local access number is selected, and will use your data plan. If you exceed the data limit in your plan or your plan does not include data, you will be charged by your mobile operator.

Price you pay MoreMins for international call: MoreMins charges a per-minute rate for international calls made using the App. Or to put it another way, for a small fee MoreMins app converts your operator’s local minutes into international ones. These rates are available on the Website and App. Calls are billed in increments of one minute. A monthly subscription fee will be charged automatically for using the International Calling Bundle Plan.

Roaming charges. We advise you to use MoreMins International Calling Services with a local SIM card associated and issued by the country you are in. You should evaluate by yourself whether it is reasonable for you to use MoreMins International Calling Services abroad. If you use MoreMins International Calling Services in another country, which is not the country associated with your mobile network operator, roaming fees may apply. You will be obliged to pay roaming fees to your mobile network operator.

5.2.3. Limitations

MoreMins provides you with cheap international calling Services to standard mobile or landline numbers. International Calling Services do not support or carry emergency calls to any type of hospital, law enforcement agencies, medical care unit or any type of emergency services of any kind, short or premium-rate numbers, numbers of additionally paid services, or certain other types of numbers.

5.3. eSIM Services

5.3.1. Purchase and Activation: 

You can purchase eSIMs and associated plans (data, calls, and/or SMS) through the App or Website. Upon purchase, the eSIM will be available for download and activation on your compatible Device. While most eSIMs will be activated only when connecting to a supported network at your destination, keep in mind during selection that some eSIMs may be activated immediately upon purchase, if specified in the eSIM plan description.

5.3.2. Plans: 

eSIM plans may offer data only or a combination of data, calls, and SMS. It is your responsibility to review the details of each plan before purchasing, including limitations on data usage, call minutes, SMS messages, speed, and duration.

5.3.3. Cost: 

The cost of eSIM Services includes the price of the eSIM and the chosen plan (data, calls, and/or SMS). Prices are available on the Website and App.

5.3.4. Network Coverage and Speed: 

eSIM Services rely on the availability and quality of mobile networks provided by Technology Partners. MoreMins does not guarantee network coverage, speed, or availability.

5.3.5. Device Compatibility: 

You are responsible for ensuring that your Device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked. A list of compatible devices is available on the Website, but it may not be exhaustive.

5.4. Refund Policy:

You may request a full refund for an eSIM within one (1) month of purchase if the following conditions are met:

The eSIM was purchased directly from MoreMins (not from a third party);

The eSIM has not been activated;

The request for a refund is made within one (1) month of the purchase date.

If an eSIM fails to work due to a technical issue on the part of MoreMins or its Technology Partners, and such issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a full or partial refund may be issued at MoreMins' discretion.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, or as MoreMins store account balance.

No refunds will be granted for eSIMs purchased from third parties.

Virtual Numbers, International Calling Bundles or account Top-ups are non refundable.

5.5. Expiration of Credits:

A Top-up credit balance for the Services on the Account expires 12 months after the payment date.


6. PROVISION OF SERVICE

MoreMins partners with various third-party technology providers ("Technology Partners") to deliver all of the services. These partners may include network operators, platform providers, and other entities involved in the provisioning and management of these services.

We always try to provide the best Services with minimum disruptions. However, we are not able to guarantee that the Services will always function without disruptions, delay or other hindrance. Since the Services are provided in conjunction to your mobile network operator's service, via third party mobile networks, you acknowledge that there may be disruptions resulting from a third-party service.

Additionally, you also understand that MoreMins cannot guarantee that information or communications sent using the Services are not encrypted and could be potentially subject to interception by law enforcement officials or other third parties over the third party mobile networks. MoreMins will not be liable for any disruption, delays, interception or other omissions in the Services.

MoreMins has the right, without any liability, to refuse, restrict, limit, suspend, terminate and/or interfere or interrupt the Services or any part thereof, without any prior notice to you, for the repair, improvement, and/or upgrade of such Services or for any of the reasons for termination set forth in these terms, or any other business reason.


7. PAYMENTS

All payments for Services are processed securely through authorized third-party payment processors.

MoreMins does not store your credit/debit card information or bank account passwords. MoreMins Website communicates over Secure Socket Layer protocol (SSL) to ensure protection of your personal data. MoreMins, however, shall not be responsible for the security of your data or for fraudulent use of credit card to make purchases on this Website, nor shall MoreMins be obligated to make refunds or to provide any compensation where such fraudulent use occurs. MoreMins will actively cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting anyone who uses this Website or products/services sold over this Website for unlawful use. MoreMins is not responsible if the card holder's issuing bank does not authorize online transactions.

To purchase Services you could be charged additionally with a transaction fee, which will be displayed before the payment. You will make the payments manually.

Prices for Services are stated in the currency displayed during the purchase process and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

MoreMins reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Changes to subscription prices will be communicated to you in advance.


8. FAIR USE
